Images with such sky must not be published, imho. I've such one, I delete it immediatelly.
DD is too large here, your should measure exposition on the sky. Or - it'd be better - to frame in another way, move POV to the right and shoot columns from the right.
All above is IMHO and just Because this is CC photo.
