It's going to be quite a chore removing all of those locks if there are as many as I envision. But if they are really doing it to preserve the bridge, then I guess they have too. Very nice capture Paul. Nice choice of presenting it in B&W also. There is a steak restaurant nearby that opened in the 60's that had the tradition of cutting off a mans tie and placing it on their walls. Not sure if they still do that or not but their walls still have ties on them.
