this is an abstract as wonderful as colorful (I have to learn from your way to see the world, imho!:)). not that it would need improvement, but I just tried a resharpened version - hope you like it!

Wow an SC award, that's a first for me. Thanks everyone for your comments. The image was created using a single light source and a white reflector with a hole cut into it and the lens fitted into the hole. Then I just angled the camera up to make sure the lens wasn't in the reflection. The soap film was was stretched across a normal enlarging easle.:)

I love the complex saturation of colors and shapes. Very well composed and presented! The brilliant lines and voided black areas are so nice, and add so much depth.

Very original. At first I though it was an oil slick. Did you use gels to make the colors or just angle the lights until it gave them to you or was this all natural outside? Either way a really nice shot.
