Thanks for the feedback. It probably is a bit over-exposed. Your photo is quite a bit darker than it was though. Part of what caught my eye was how light and bright everything was, especially the cement

Well it is a type of picture you should explore more. I do agree with Kathy but also have to say the composition is very strong. Keep at it.

This looks really overexposed to me. I took it into PS and played with the levels...hope you don't mind. This is what I came up with. What do you think?
