Marvelous shot, good composition and great timing - the muted colours suit it well.

Hello Keith, i saw you;re picture on the frond page as 'picture of the day'. This really is an amzing shot!
Becose there are almost no colours in the picture it gives you the 'old' feeling. Of going back in time. You brilljantly captured this scene. The composition is excellent, and i really like this shot! Wonderfull, time to look at the rest of youre portfolio ;-)!

Greets,
Lex.

Was that during the Cromwell period?
I especially like the tone you have chosen for this shot really suits that sort of era IMO.
Congrats for the award and making front page.

Do you have a relative named Lee by anychance?

Cheers,
Ben

Very strong work, photographically seen ..
This scrum of people was taken in a well-thought composition, and at a right moment, with the faces of a few men visible .. the faint colours look very pleasing too .. PEter

Keith, this is another perfect capture of a re-enactment. I don't know how you see these shots and get in the right place to capture them. And then there's the excellent processing. The de-saturated feel is perfect.

You capture these re-enactments so well Keith. Here the grunt and effort being used comes over loud and clear. Magnificent portayal of the way things were in bygone days.

This is an awesome shot. It looks like a movie still. Love the desaturation of the colors. One thing, I would have gotten rid of the left and right borders and made the top and bottom borders thicker for a more cinematic effect. Great work!

I trust that a lot less blood was shed this time around! Are the colours really that faded? It creates a nice, sombre mood which I find totally appropriate!

Wonderful colors and composition. I love how you can only really see the face on the left with a great expression.
