Surfers Paradise is a popular tourist destination as it has some of the best beaches in the world as well as a wonderful sub tropical climate, perfect for a healthy outdoor lifestyle. It is also a great place to live with large modern shopping centres close by and high rise apartments only a few minutes walk to the beaches. I wouldn't live anywhere else.
