About This photograph (4882) was shot (probably) in some yard in Ballard on 9 June 2008. (Sorry, I didn't make a note of the location on this set.)

I didn't notice the visitor until I reviewed the shots later.

Slightly cropped and I pushed the brightness (+20) and the contrast (+40). No other manipulations.

King - "A little dark" is my middle name. I shoot darker probably than is required (I set my SD950 to pull 2 stops always). I think if I were printing it would be more important, but on a monitor I prefer the darker look. Yours, though more traditional, seems powdery to my eyes. Thoughts?

Thanks, Stan. You clearly know the nature shots, judging from your portfolio.
