Oooh, so we do have a rich.. spiritual life both, ey? ;-)
As about playing cards, yessss! It can get so funny but also full of tension (what does he have? ;-)) especially in such bars and accompagnied with some good bottle and all appropriate unhealthy junk food. Great! I remember the nights with friends back in germany when I was studying!
Oh, and what jumps into my mind too? Yes, of course it's "The ace of spades" by Motorhead.

But still, what else they serve I am eager to know! And why those old lines by Rory jump into my mind:

All that exactly in such a kind of bar, where the bottle label doesn't cound nearly as much as the being together.

It has so much of an abstraction again, Avi, as it lets me think about the pub and the atmosphere, but still it remains a rather "real" place again! The down to earth attitudes are quite visible through the coloring and details that more or less say "you won't find any unnecessary luxury here.". And so it conveys a place that doesn't live from astronomical prizes for the drinks - quite the opposite from what happens in cities like Zurich.
But again on the image - I find the rather dark appearance and the color combination very nice to look at. And your composition opens the possibility for some postcards of that pub, used as advertisment.

Ahhhh... the local pub. Here we have a saying, "You can drink and drink and drink and drink but when you "break the seal" (go to the bathroom for the first time) it seems you have to go every five minutes after that." Almost brings back memories I can almost recall....

AMAZING!!! wow... yea, drinks but after a lot of drinks we need a WC for many couses... especialy if we drink more than one kind of drinks and get drunk hahahahaha! I love the composition even... the arrow direction was wrong (for me and my house hahahahahahahaha...) kidding of course! my complements, that is really a fantastic frame Avi, congratulations for your last photos, into my favs that too, it's amazing!
