Hoda,
I have been shooting for 10 years at night with architechture. The negative has a white sky and black building.
I work with negatives and make a photopolymer gravure plate from it. Then I ink and run it through a press. It is actually a photographic etching. Like many from history make etchings and engravings. Best wishes from America.

Dear Gary , I have no idea about what you've done with negative and I know nothing about that , but the result is adorable , really awesome...
it must be great to do this long processing , creating something too old and unique , a real art work indeed!

Kiarang,
Luis talks of many techniques that are old and still have wonderful inherent qualities. gravure and platinum go back centuries. The platinotype to the to the 1880's and gravure back to the 1400's.

Hi Gary...I think that we must talk by email more than more...I've your personal address and I'll write to you...As I told you at my 57 years I'm in the photography 42 years ago...I was a Kidd when I began...
At the darkroom all my experience at black and withe manipulation of materials, also in color film and color slides...When I was a young men my father gave me a old AGFA negative 8x10... I know what is that...
But your experience with older materials is really awesome (cyanotype, or bromley...and many others) I'm in debt with my own person seeing your EXCELENT works...the captures are yours (of course), but I'm surprised maybe at USF they can't understand the value of this works, the world is in quick time...all is like the hamburger with potatoes or plastic cameras...and you know what I mean and what I'm trying to say...At the end is a pleasure to be your friend and I'm thinking the idea of the book...My warmest regards Gary.- LUIS
