Hi Jinggoy. Thanks for your comment and suggestion. I agree it is a little dark. I should have gone with some shots a little earlier in the evening when it was brighter. Unfortunately, I didn't take them properly to be able to put them together. These went together and I was anxious to try the panorama. However, I will try in PS to brighten it a bit and see what happens. Thanks.

Excellent first attempt Mary. I don't see any traces of where you stitched the images. Very good composition, framing the scene with trees on each side.
If I may comment though, color wise, it is a bit dark. A little lightening would bring out more detail. Take care Mary!

Mary this is really lovely, the composition is beautiful!! I like the trees on both sides to direct the eye back into the image, and I actually like the border you chose for this as well...again it brings the eye back into the image. Good use of the dock in the foreground to direct the eye to the lovely colors and light you captured on the horizon. I've never stitched an image, but I can say that I don't see any evidence of stitching, very seamless work, and a truly lovely panoramic image...:) Lin

Absolutely STUNNING sweetie. The silhouettes look wonderful in this well balanced composition of great depth. The colour tones range through the hot golden yellows, the ambers, the burnt oranges to that dull dark magenta in the foregroun cloud formation. I have never tried my hand at 'photo stitching' but I would say that this was a perfect sample in bring together the three elements to this excellent panoramic feast. Thanks, Roger. You are correct, this panorama sure gives a better sense of the 'real' view. Your saying that I did okay with my first panorama means a lot. I wish I had taken the right shots to make a panorama from the night of my Nature's Palette picture. That was a glorious scene and I think would have been marvelous to see in panoramic style. Oh well, I just keep learning things as I go along.

A lovely panorama, Mary. Aren't panoramas great? Sometimes they are the only way to capture a vast expanse of sky (like this) or an outdoor scene. And somehow they seem to show the scene more the way we actually perceive it than the squarer frame of the standard photo. I guess I'm just a natural *wide" guy! Here, you have a lovely natural frame in the trees at either end. Beautifully done!

Very nice image, Mary.
I like the pretty colours at the horizon, the warm colours lighting the bottom of the clouds, the sky reflected onto the calm water, and the silhouetted trees backlit by the sunset.
I can't tell where the pictures were stitched together.

Very well done. Certainly can't see the joins. Nice colours and lighting. My personal preference would be to not have the black border or perhaps a white one to bring the picture out.
