Hi Gregory,
A well composed landscape, but I'm not so sure about the tones; it seems like a mixup in white balance, and a bit of overprocessing. The cyans and blues in this scene seem way too present. I'm with Chris; the lighting wasn't really easy.
Then again, looking at the warm tone of the reflection of the mountain on the right, I can't help thinking this photo was also rather manipulated to create a cold feel; not sure if that was successful, if the tones in the water are genuine, I think it was an already good photo to begin with.

This is a really pretty shot Gregory, and I think your exposure is very good. I agree with Chris though, I think the lighting at another time of day would work better in this photo. Nice fisheye shot, it doesn't have the distortion that a lot of them do.

Hi Gregory,
I like this composition but I think the light was not on your side. The dark row of tree's lacks definition and the shadows on the mountain in the bottom left kind of blend into the tree tops. I see that you used a fisheye and the width to the picture is very nice. Not sure what time of day you took this but maybe there would be a time where the light is higher to reduce some of those shadows. Just some thoughts....
