Very moody landscape. The fires looked a lot different from this side of the pond, we had ash and embers floating around my house.
Not quite the end of the world though :)

I love the colours in this Pam (but obviously not the reason). Very dramatic. I thought this place looked very familiar - the attached was taken in Feb this year. I loved your beautiful South Island! Well apart from the torrential rain that came in with these clouds! But hey I'm Scottish - just like home! :-)

There was no post processing other than the usual check on levels and a slight sharpen. No filters, no adjustment of light and dark, this was truly the way it was. like an eclipse of the sun. The red colour in the clouds was just as you see it.
