Well composed with great colours.

However, the typical problem with a p&s like the G3 and why I got rid of mine and bought a D60 - you cannot tell whether a shot is in focus and the camera often does its own thing. I had so many good shots ruined so.

The bee isn't sharp enough, it looks blurred.
Seems you focussed just in front of it and overestimated the DOF you'd get.
Composition and colour are nice, maybe a bit too yellow (but maybe bees over there look like that).
