very good, I usually disagree with Avi about tittles but in this occasion I agree but I go beyong, just do not entitle your pictures :)
techs: it's a bit tight on the left (monitor view); clone out the birds (?), burnt the highlights and flare and reduce (just a bit) the grain

1. Crop korechi karon upper left corner-e jwole gechilo. amar bhalo lagchilo na seta. r ekta karon holo, ami activity-take ekdom middle-e rakhte chaichilam, tolar somoy sevabe compose korte parini, tai crop kore ekdom majhe anlam :)
2. na grain add korini...asole agerdin ratre hotel-er ghore amar bondhur chhobi tulchilam. aalo kom thakay anichhesotteo ISO 400 di. tarpor sokale settings change korte bhule jai. etao ISO 400-te roye geche :( ar tumi to janoi higher ISO te ki ashadharon chhobi dei amar camera :P
tobe amar khub ekta kharap laglo na noise-ta ( personal bias ) tai r noise reduction korini :)

See, THAT is a great photo. for a second it makes the viewer think that the man is tugging the boat.. but then, when he looks more carefully, he says.. naaaah...
For me, a successful photograph is often one which has this element of surprise in it. THAT factor makes it linger in my mind. That, plus the fact that the title does not attempt to draw any unnecessary attention.
Superb work !!
