Hi miss ..
I have to correct you on my photo "Castle Ooidonk" .. the white you see is no snow at all, but vegetation seen through an infrared light filter .. the picture was taken in mid-summer .. amazing huh ?

Hey Megan,
Thanks for your appreciation .. it is the left tower of a castle backyard (so quite a huge castle, you can see it here: http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=821428 and http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=821433), so that is surrounded by a wall and 2 towers on the corners .. and the castle is indeed still inhabited by people ..

Peter,
This just looks like a winter wonderland. How pretty. What is this place? It looks like a moat around a castle. I agree with everyone who has already commented, this is just stunning. The composition and framing is great and the reflection of the building in the water is excellent. My favorite part though is the boats in the bottom left hand corner, they give this place (whatever it is) a really lived in feeling. Congratulations on a great shot.
