This is truly an interesting composition and simplicity in colors. I wish the chilly surface is a bit smoother. BUt this really a very nice image.

The coloring and the abstract curvy geometry are great here, Leo! A very modern image in its completely reduced color combination of mainly red and black, with a magnetizing game of sharpness and DoF that enhances the cool drops of water. So the red hor chilli peppers do possess some cool element too that suggests that kind of freshness we know from books about cooking. And indeed this could have make it into such a book.

I am a bit ambivalent about if that green part should be in focus too. Perhaps if it had been bright green - I don't know really.

But anyway, a very simple but also very powerful work.

Nicely composed, Leo. Though I knew better, the thumbnail looked like a tomato that had melted. Unfortunate;y, this is the wrong season for us (a place known for its peppers) so I hadn't found one to shoot for the hot project.
