Hello Jim,
I agree about being lost visually but I loved the colors so much evenso that I posted it.
I had a few like that where it was just about the colors vs the area of focus.

Isn't it though. i was unable to get out to a hike I had wanted to do for wildflowers and the daffodil hill was closed and I happen to drive by this stretch of road locally and I said I am coming back here for fun... and this was what I got.. plus some 200 other pics...

Thanks so much. i cannot tell a lie.. I did a an autocorrect on contrast on PS making it much nicer than my underexposed shot....
still the colors are what they were...

Okay, I 'll look into it. I am still the amateur in that respect too.. I need to be more aware of my settings etc. I'll be doing a little more studying now that i have bought the digital SLR.

Thanks for your note. I still have yet to learn the large percentage of PS to do all those special things. I think one of the best part of the photoshoot was after when they were all looking at photos on a slide show and they laughed and giggled.. it was fun to see how happy it made them. They all received there own disc of all some 80 odd photos.

Thank you. He was quite wonderful for his first photo shoot. Until we tried to put him in the box for a "present" photo... loong cranky day photo... he was getting tired by that point and couldn't figure out "why are they trying to put me in this box"...

you know you are right. You can see them laughing really hard but if you look behind you can tell for sure they are.... because the two kids in the background are lookin right over and laughing too.... so they must be laughing silly! very cute...

Isn't that horrible I am not sure which I was using. My 28-105mm canon ultra sonic lens or my 18 - 55mm lens that came with my new Canon 20D EOS. I'll have to pay more attention.
