The colours you got in this portraits serie are fascinating. You are using the light perfectly. I like the lens you are using, very sharp and rich in details. Not to mention the framing and composition! Great serie, I'm looking forward for the next ones.

Interesting image. Technically Jara is right but in this case the softness creates indeed the illusion of something mythical, like a magic floating castle.

Well, I was very lucky with the lens. Nothing optical was distroyed, I had all the pieces, all I had to do was to put them back together. As I never done something like this, it was very difficult. A friend helped me a lot, especially in the moment when I wanted to give up. I will be always grateful to this friend, due to his patience and skill I was able to shoot again and to bring home some images from the beautiful Paris.

Thank you Antonella, you are very kind.
Yes, I use a remote shutter release with a cord and the camera is set to B... and counting I always use 100 ISO films, so the exposure is around 10-15 seconds in well lighted city areas.
... and since I cannot afford to visit foreign countries as a tourist, most of my shots are made by night, after the working hours ... In Paris I was lucky because I spent also a week-end there, so I could see the town by "day light", saturday and sunday.

Ah, freedom... my eternal dream. Great capture, very dynamic and sensual.
Hi Judy, I haven't been here for very long time, just because I don't have time anymore to enjoy my very few hobbies, like shooting and playing harp.

Thank you Antonella, you are right about the fact that the image should be straightened, I noticed that, but couldn't find a solution for that. There's a distorsion due to the shooting angle and perspective, the podium in the front is parallel with the bottom margin, while the back altar seems to be displaced to the left. As I was not shooting perpendicularly to the background, this is the effect I don't know how to correct.
