Pity, couldn't see on my screen what the silhouette stands for, too dark, so I took the liberty to lighten it up a bit. And then I saw a woman's face, wich I liked.

Will you remember me when I am old, remember all the things I've ever done and tell to all the stories you've been told, the stories of my life, wich have long gone.
Because they're valuableto some, I'm sure, the life I lived, I did not live in vain. Go tell them, how I loved my roses pure in early mist, with little drops of rain.
And when I'm gone, don't grieve too much my dear, for I was happy in so many ways. Please keep the humor, that I loved to hear, because with humor, also laughter stays.
Although my life has reached September's dawn, I won't be old, until December's gone.
Thought this poem would relate too. It's one of many I wrote.
Beautiful Autumn atmosphere you've created here, very nice colors, great sense of mortality.

Hi Don, no the sky was as it is in my photo, but the sun itself was bloodred.
Nicely done by the way. Still have too little time to pick up on PS completely. Government is overwhelming us with new sheep holding rules and none of them are good for our breed, we have to fight them every step. But the time will come, I'm sure.

Very good capture Ted. There's so much expression in each face that one can make up his own story of what is going on between those three.
Love it,

I think I'll stay in that spider's world for a while. Those webs are hanging there for ages and I never took notice of them, but actually it's really very interesting. Although I'm not too fond of picking them big ones up, I always thought spiders are very beautiful creatures to watch.

Hi Mel, it's a very nice collage with beautiful roses. I second the above advice to leave at least some space around the edges. Or you could have filled the background with the same color (as shown below)
Congrats on your first collage and I'll bet we will see many more of them in the future.

There are a lot short ones to my photo's in my portfolio. And following this link http://titia.netpoets.net you'll find my website, though it hasn't been updated for a long time. And naturally on Piptalk.com where you've found the other one. I did a smartsearch on my name, but I'm not sure the link will put you through. http://piptalk.com/main/search.cgi?rAction=DisplayResults&c yclefile=1918140439904 If not mail me at titiageertman@hetnet.nl and I'll explain to you how to get there. They're not always masterpieces you know. But I enjoy it. Sorry for not writing in Dutch, but this way it's comprehensable for most of the usefilm members.

Glad you liked it Ted. I'm always fascinated by spiderwebs and there are many very old ones in our old barn. I took a shot at several and by displaying it in full size, I came upon this detail. You'll find the original below and the detail I took in the middle. There are much more beautiful details in such a photo, if only one will look for them.
