Very nice shot, I love taking night shots. Your colours are very nice & the blue/orange combination is very nice. I feel the building on the far right detracts from the overall feel over the shot & should be removed. Try cropping the far right of your image to see if it improves it.

This was my favorite ride!!!! (But in Orlando, FL, of course.)
I don't fully understand your coloring technique (it looks like sepia, yet there's still green in the trees?), but it works really well here.
