Very interesting image.Nice experiment with the light and shutter speed. It actually gives quite a dramatic vision.

I like the image, particularly the composition. I think perhaps the image would looks better with less contrast...seems a little harsh.

Yes, this was taken from inside the Tate Modern which sits across the Thames from St. Paul's Cathedral. I liked the reflection of the fluorescent lights inside the Tate superimposed on the cathedral.
