Classic shot I was on Route 66 once and stopped by a small burger place bought a Route 66 postcard and mailed it to a friend.

It was frozen over but was not solid enough to walk on so you really couldn't go fishing on the ice. Don't know what kind of fish are in it.

No didn't get a chance to go in and look around. After visiting a couple of the places there, they probably would have wanted to much $$$ for their stuff. Plus wouldn't have wanted to take anything big on the plane ride home.

playing around with your camera. follow rule of thirds. central placement is okay. focus is on the leaf. should be on the circular fruit substance.

Funny you mentioned Bear Paul. At the entrance of the Botanical Garden and along the trail we were on, they posted what wildlife had been spotted and the date it was spotted. Back in July, a bobcat or cougar was spotted in the area.

Yeah she is a beauty along with a lot of the other classic cars at this event. You can only imagine how much time, $$$ and effort goes into restoring and keeping them up so they look like new. That's why I can really appreciate them when I go to car shows.
