First would be to crop out the hanging branch in the upper right. Overall the composition is Ok but nothing really stands out. The background foliage is dull and lifeless. There is nothing special about the sky. Maybe just a closer shot of the boats or a crop would be better as they seem to have some color to them.

The images in the background take away from the portrait. The face could use some touch up to improve the quality of the skin tone. I like the angle of the head and the B&W mode.I think just slight lower on the body would be better. All in all a nice shot.

At first I didn't see the group of people at the bottom. This adds so much to the photo. It just shows the enormity of the mountain. The rich blue sky offsets the white snow beautifully. Shows how we are really dwarfed by nature. Very well done. I like it a lot and would have it framed and hanging.
