The girl has a special expression and the position of her body ( I mean, She is sitting and the way she turns her back to the front is so natural). She seems so young but she looks so powerfull. Love this composition and the black and white tones.

Very nice Indeed. But I felt, a bit relief on both the horizontal sides would make the shot much captivating. Do not take this as a criticism, I just expressed my thought.
