Well done. I like the lines and shadows. The lines draw your look towards the end of the bridge, leading the veiwer. Keep shooting.

I really like your composition here. The combination of the reflection and the mist coupled with the angle of the mountain are very pleasing. Also the subtle color really works well. Nice work indeed.

Been there myself Chris but at least the equipment is cheaper your side of the pond. Maybe starve yourself just a little for that Canon 1D mk II :-)

I like what you did with the shot.

And don't worry, I quit enjoy cutting up. Just beware of paybacks :P

Thanks for your comments.

I only wish I could afford to buy something better. Right now it's a struggle for me to be able to pay bills and buy groceries. I need someone rich to adopt me

Good dynamic image with good colour and composition. maybe a slightly slower shutter spped would have softened the water a little more.
don't muddle through get the best gear you can afford now, you'll only regret it if you don't in the future.
regards,
Graham.

Chris,

Wonderful cropping with the focal length of 35mm, as you must always leave them wanting more. Great depth of field, shutter speed and sharpness...

I hope you didn't take me serious about the commenting on my work thing. We cut up on UF pretty hard, and really hard on the newbies... LMAO...

I hope you don't mind, but I toyed with this awesome capture a bit... Not sure which one I like better?

Well done indeed myfriend,

Martin

What a great perspective - gives a better understanding of how the little forest creatures are protected somewhat by the elements. Details are super - thanks for sharing this one. Jan

Thanks for your comment on one of my florals. This one of yours really grabbed my attention. Not sure if the is a large raindrop or what on the bottom part of this plant, but it is very eyecatching. Nice perspective, focus, and details. I agree with you that "perfect" is not always the best shot. That little rose was past its prime, but the side shot gave it a very airy and delicate look that appealed to me. I look forward to seeing some more of your shots. Jan

I like the image, the reflection on the water is great! and for the sky, well a blue one would be better, i agree with you, but this one is OK it helps define the shape of the mountain!
