It would be the fat one who owns it, I don't see him splitting many stones. The contrast with the guy doing the work is well observed and the tonal range is good too. A good documentary shot.

I love this image - it's compelling and the moment is spot on. It would have been even better had the DoF been shallower to blur out the distracting background, and the PoV excluded that metal corrugated structure at left. But heck, you captured that moment very well - many congrats!

Good eye contact makes this person pop out among the details in the background. I like this image, very pleasant to look at. I only wish You left a bit more room below the subject hand.
