On first view I did not like the fence in the lower part. With the lower fence it made the tree a captive of a field. If the lower fence was cropped off... the tree would appear to be out in the middle of a field... cold and lonely. But... the more I look at this (and I have several times now) the more I like the lower fence and bit of hill.

Keep the tilting landscape Adam, it leads the eye upward from the tree. The emptiness of the fence is balanced evenly by the starkness of the tree.
I have a photo similar to this photograph. Most photographers probably do as well. If I can find it I will send it to you.
The little dust spot or flying bird should probably go as noted on another comment.

This is a wonderful scene, Adam. The foreground tones and composition are terrific. The only thing I don't respond well to are the green plants in the background. The subject of the picture appears to be the pipe, but the background draws my attention and distracts me from the subject. I would be tempted to darken and desaturate the background. A really lovely photo.
