Hello -
Pretty good picture of the sea horse. Neat little creatures. I had just a few suggestions, and put down my thoughts in the attached file.
- Used the rule of thirds to put the horse 1/3 of the way in on the left hand side of the photo - this was to give the little guy a little space in the photograph to swim into. Google on the rule of thirds on the internet for a lot of examples.
- I noticed that most underwater shots have a blue hue. This is normal, but for the heck of it I used Photoshop to rebalance the colors to a more white neutral color. Notice the "pop" in the colors. I also adjusted the contrast to bring out a true top white point.
- Maybe try shooting the horse when it is at an angle instead of up and down? I dunno. I could be full of garbage on this one.
Hope this gives you some ideas.

To me this could be improved somewhat by cropping just above his head. This would eliminate the distarcting white spots and tighten the composition adding power and focus on the subject. Quite nice.
