Your comment is deeply appreciated. Yes, I get a very astral sense from this shot as well. I don't know why, but I just like it and that is why I decided, "blast, I'll post it, why not." I am usually very insecure about my abstracts, though I seem to be accumulating the bally things. :) So it is good to know that it was enjoyed. Cheers!

I keep coming back and taking a look at this shot Autumn but I am not good with abstract work, can't even remember if I have ever attempted any. I think I might really mess things up :) However you always manage to catch my eye with your work and that is the name of the game. This shot resembles something astral and sci-fi and has a quality hard to define. I do like it and it did attract me. Well done again. Very best wishes.

Love the choice of monochrome tones for this wonderful shoreline composition. Your main subjects look great in silhouette and with the buildings beyond them a wonderful balance is achieved. I love too the slight vignetting in the corners, a nice touch. Well done to you. All the best my friend.

A great example of selective toning Autumn. Strong dramatic monochromatic tones for the portrait study and then a lovely fun element with the colours shown in the lenses. Well done to you, a delightful and eye catching composition. Best wishes.

Thank you very much. I think these bugs (milkweed assassin bug, this one being an immature nymph) have quite a bit of character, and that is what really made this shot so fun for me. He was excessively curious and friendly, and quite patient, as I fumbled about. And what a lovely day it was. Such fine conditions. Another excellent piece of work, the tones are really beautiful and the postwork is superb. Well done again Autumn. Used to use watermarks to protect work but in the end if people want to plagiarizer our work Photoshop can do anything :( Take care, best wishes.
