Looks like one of those fairy-tale shots. The way she is sleeping gives an impression(in a positive way)that she has no concern what so ever and is alien to this world.
The greens and reds are working together very well.

I love the red shoe, it dose symbolize sexy and I love shoes and this is just a great photo. I would put this on the wall as a shrine to shoes.
