This is definitely the Land of Chaos with the rubbish pile, the slanted poles, the truck, and perhaps even the clouds.

The photo sets a mood, but it may have worked better in a landscape format to eliminate some of the dead space in the foreground. I don't like the placement of the horizon and how it intersects with the subject's head. A lovely view, indeed.

Has potential. Should have framed a bit lower to crop the space above her head and include her feet.

The wide-angle distortion is unflattering to your model. Try shooting from farther back with a longer lens.

I don't find this particularily interesting. It's a candid shot of someone with her eyes closed.

Use a longer lens. A wide-angle lens distorts the face in an unpleasant way.

The subject doesn't blend well with the background. Consider reshooting by getting closer with a wide-angle lens. It may add some depth and drama to the tree. Watch your exposure too.

Straighten the horizon and consider reshooting at a time or place that provides more interesting light on the subject.

Do the shadow areas have detail on the negative? You may need to increase your exposure and adjust your development accordingly to get detail into those dark areas.

The dark background distracts from the subject. A different angle for composition may help. You also need to adjust your levels and bring the snow closer to white. Try sharpening the image too.

Jim: Lost detail due to a blown out highlight cannot be recovered. This is a problem with the original exposure, scan, and/or initial post-processing.
