Thanks for your comment. Yes, the Nikkor50mm 1.8D is a great lens, essentially for its price. People does not like the bokeh that much, but I like the bubbles (specific for that lens) in the background. at wide openings. For me, no problem with that so far. Will post more pics, once I shoot good ones, of course

A very nice picture, DOF is just as it should, colors are natural and bokeh is great here, even if people (in the forums) does not like bokeh so much for this lens. I was hesitating to buy it vs 1.4D for my D70. My choice is made now. I'll take the 1.8D. Well done Sergio.
