I love the technique! PS is fun. My only critique is to maybe crop a little off the top and bottom. Maybe just the top. Great shot though. Nice location, gloom or shine.

Like the shot. Nice use of color. It really conveys the message. Maybe this would work better as a vertical?

Great light. The face is classic Rembrandt lighting. You really make contact with the eyes. I like the right eye in shadow. My only critique is the background. Movement of light in the background can add so much depth to the photo. Try having the background darker behind your highlighted side and lighter behind the shadow side. This will make the subject seem 3D. You've lit the subject so well here.

I love the composition and the drama in the sky. The curve of the boardwalk and the shadows from the backlighting. I do think that the main subject pushing the stroller lacks contrast. She doesn't quite fit in visually with the rest of the image. Her face and torso and the babies legs look like they were over dodged in a B&W print. Good work though, some minor tweaking is all that's needed.

Nice light. Clean simple lines. the only thing I see that bothers me is something under the thong, a tag or something? With the lighting and composition my eye is drawn right to it. You could get rid of it in PS. I also think you could crop a little off the top of the image. Not much, just a little to keep your eye from leaving the frame. Good work.

Nicely composed, the wire is cool. I like the dark frame. It really helps, especially with the edge burning. Maybe the frame doesn't have to be so thick though.

This is an incredible shot. I hope you don't mind if I give some suggestions to improve it. Digital photography really has taken us back to the 'darkkroom' and my critique is based on simple printing techniques. First burn your corners. This will give you an even more dramatic shot and draw the eye in to the center. Next select the white wave splash behind the subject and burn in more detail. You don't have to do much. This is an really good shot and I salute you. I made those changes real quick and sloppy, I hope you don't mind. The information you can pull off a RAW will make this image sing.

Nice light. A very good abstract. The reflection is just offcenter enough and plays off the diagonal elements well. The lighting compliments the composition, darkened corners and highlights topweighted but echoing below. Very well done.
I have to get one of those pens myself. I've started playing with a painting program and the mouse just doesn't cutit.

Nice aiming of the cuke-a-laris. (Never tried to spell the word, I have a hard enough time saying it) You got both nipples. It reminds me of s series I saw where they projected slides. Looked sort of like tattoos.
