this is wonderful, Dubravko. The way you've seen it is just right. Just stopped by to see if any of my old friends are still posting here -- glad I did!

This is so beautiful, Jeanneette -- I don't come by here much anymore, but I'm glad I stopped by tonight. Quite inspirational!

I think this is a wonderfully "plainsong" image. Some things need only be shown, and the mood comes through.

do you think there is a drawer at the edge of the world, like this? and you pull the handle and it opens . . .

thisa is wonderful, how everything is revolving around the central subject -- and you can't figure out what that is, but once you finally do realize what is happening, it's great. A little mystery -- and that's always good

this is wonderful -- you know it's not about the gear, it never really is, it's about how you see and what you are able to convey -- and you've done it perfectly here with a little camera phone -- amazing!

I'm really loving looking at your pinhole pictures -- they're both raw and elegant at once. Simple and enigmatic -- just great work

Beautiful image, John -- I think this really is as close as I've ever seen to capturing the way the mids sees/remembers. It's both easy to look at and able to give a whole lot more if the viewer is inclined to spend some time -- and it's seductive enough to draw the viewer in. Lovely . . .

Really nicely seen -- and the depth of field and exposure are perfect, absolutely perfect to make this work as a little world. The tree trunk, upper left, really gives a lot here.

very exciting
