Great lighting and nice use of rule of thirds. I would clone/burn the two bright spots under her lower lip. I would also liquify her right arm, since it bulged due to her pressing against her right side. Also the right shoulder between the dress strap and her neck. I would try to connect with the model. Try to put both earrings out on the open. The right right it is sort of hidden. Good exposure and nice skin stones.

I think re-sampled is correct. Going froma HUGE size to a tiny 750 CS3 does something to it.

You might be correct, but very litle USM was done. I think CS3 does it whe downsizing. This is a 10M (2402x3814) jpeg down to 350K (472x750).

I like the color and exposure, but the road and telephone poles are too centered. It would have improved a lot if the would have beenmore to the left and not the center. THe sky it is pretty amazing.

Forgot this Joe. Keep in mind that when shooting at f1.4 you are after a dreammy soft look, but the areas of attention -- the DOF is about 1/8 of an inch. In this case his eyes. Thanks again for your feedback and edit.

Thank you for the feed back, it does have more punch but his eyes are too saturated. This is a VERY difficult subject to expose. Besides being all white. His coat is really fine. Finer than a cotton ball. Check my other portraits of him and you will see what I mean -- the lighting is key. I learned the definiton of "how to expose" with him :) and still learning...:)

Thank you Jan this was a by accident shot, since I overexpose the background. Instead of trying to get what I was after. I overexposed it even more with CS# EC +1.5 and then did some work with color and shadows/higlighs. So a "bad" shot might be a blessing in disguise...;)
