They are indeed very different birds, the american robin being actually a relative of the european blackbird. It wrongly got the name robin from the first settlers because of the orange breast reminding them of the european robin.

Cheers,

A.

I love the sharpness and colors, especially the subtle earth tones. This lens that you're using seems fantastic.
..And thanks for commenting on my stuff! :)

Sandra,

Thanks for the comment! I totally agree with you, but the flat lighting of an overcats day does that. I would've prefered to see a life light in that eye :)

Regards,
Adrian

UF sharpening (even set to low) was a bit heavy handed on this one, but I'm too lazy to upload it again ...

Beautiful work, Adi. I like the composition and colors a lot. The dood looks freaky, I hope (for your sake) that he's not poisonous.
Keep up the great work.

Ewwwwwwwwww LOL quite big belly is she pregnant?Well if all spiders are all this color they would not be so scary to look at.I used to play spiders when i was a kid but never seen one in this color.Color contarst is amazing wid the white and green leaf and the framing made the overall effect a perfect capture.
